The rectangular church was built in 1792. The client was the then patron Ernst Friedrich Christian Börries von Stockhausen. The church has five axes and there is a ridge turret on the hipped roof. The interior is from the construction period. Individual monument of the architectural monument group Schloß / Gut Löwenhagen (ID 35231182). This also includes the cemetery (ID 35274575) with tombs south of the church.
