Monastery of Saint Mark

It is the site of the home of St Mark's mother, Mary, where Peter went after he was released from prison by an angel. The Virgin Mary is claimed to have been baptised here, and according to their tradition this, not the Cenacle on Mt Zion, is where the Last Supper was eaten.
